We are a young and enthusiastic team of professional horticulturalists We are always interested in talking to like minded individuals who are interested in joining us.

We employ people in a wide range of horticultural, technical and managerial skills. We also employ people on a full time and part time basis and can offer flexible and reliable employment opportunities.

We also believe in taking on at least one placement student each year and we also take on staff at trainee level who are keen to learn the trade.

We support staff through in a range of ways through college and formal training; we train staff in general horticulture, first aid, spraying, fork lift driving and even driving lessons if appropriate.

We particularly recruit new staff in March, April, May, September & October. However there are often vacancies at other times of the year.
